More than 30 news officials and media representatives from Latin American countries including Cuba, Uruguay, Panama, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Honduras, Bolivia, Colombia and Costa Rica paid a visit to Xiaoshan District in Hangzhou of east China's Zhejiang Province from September 21 to 22 to learn about the rich local historical culture and thriving technological innovation.
